How do I place an order with EbowGroup Marketing?

4. Receive a PayPal invoice and pay directly with your credit card (no PayPal account is required).
5. You will receive an email instructing you to approve an online digital proof of your project.
6. You will receive your order in 6-8 business days after you approve your online digital proof.
Do you print anything that is not currently listed on your web site?
Actually, we are able to print a whole host of products that are not currently listed on our web site. These products include booklets, bookmarks, calendars, catalogues, CD packages, door hangers, DVD packages, flyers, posters, presentation folders, rack cards, rip-business cards, rolodex inserts, roll labels, stickers, and tent cards. What kind of paper will my project be printed on?
Our Business Cards and Postcards are printed on 14-point glossy card stock with UV coating (lamination) on both sides. We also offer 14- point Premium Uncoated paper stock for our business cards and our 4 x 6 and 5.5 x 8.5 postcards. Most of our other products are printed on 100 lb gloss book stock, with overall aqueous coating on both sides. Letterhead, Church Bulletin Shells, and Notepads are printed on 70lb offset White Smooth Paper - Laser & InkJet Guaranteed.
What kinds of ink do you use?
All of our products are printed with four-color ink: (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black).
Color density less than 15% may not print.
Can I write an address on a postcard with UV coating?
No, you cannot use a regular ballpoint pen to write on a card with UV coating. You can request 14-point Premium Uncoated paper stock for business cards and 4x6 and 5.5 x 8.5 postcards if you need to write on them for some reason. We recommend using labels to attach addresses on 4x6 postcards.
When preparing press-ready digital files, what size should I build my file to?
Please build your press-ready digital files to bleed size by adding 0 .1" dimension for any product that is printed on 14- point cardstock (for example: business cards and postcards) and 0.125" for all other products (for example: brochures and flyers). We have made things easy for you with our Downloadable Templates.
What is the required bleed?
Our bleed is 0.1" or 0.125" added to each overall dimension. Files not built correctly may delay the order or may add costs.
What digital file formats do you accept?
We accept any of the following file formats: .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF.
What resolution should I use when building my own press-ready digital file?
All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. We have made things easy for you with our Downloadable Templates. Most images designed for the web are done at a low screen resolution of 72 or 96 dpi. Print images need to be created at a much higher dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
Can I cancel or change my order?
EbowGroup Marketing will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to approval. However, once you have approved your online digital proof and received a "sent to printer" confirmation, you cannot cancel your print order. In the event that you cancel your order before printing, no refunds will be issued for the Logo or Graphic design services.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
EbowGroup Marketing is committed to customer satisfaction. However, we are not responsible for typing, color, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process.
What is your return policy?
Since each order is unique to each customer it has no re-sale value, therefore All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. We do not issue Refunds or Credits. You must notify EbowGroup Marketing within 4 business days after you receive your order to notify us about any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive a replacement you must return 100% of the received product within 8 days (at your own expense) from the time the delivery was received. |
